I would like to take a moment to say that Alan T. O'Doherty is by far the best real estate broker I have ever used. He is smart, calm, reliable, professional, trustworthy and made the sometimes grueling process of selling a property seamless and fun. I sincerely could not recommend Alan more.

Alan O'Doherty is a fantastic Broker. He was recommended to me by a Sotheby's Realtor in Colorado, so clearly he has an excellent network (in real estate and skiing)!! Right from the start he guided me through the buying process, showed me a great selection of appropriate properties and negotiated a substantial price reduction, despite being in a "seller's market." If you are buying or selling a property in New York or Connecticut you should reach out to him. I will certainly be calling Alan to list my home in the future!

I cannot say enough great things about Alan O'Doherty and William Pitt/Julia B. Fee Sotheby's. Alan was there every step of the way from start to finish. Alan helped narrow our search down, gave us great advice on the quality and value of each home so we could make a truly educated decision. When it came time to purchase the home, Alan helped navigate and negotiate on our behalf to get the best price possible. He provided us a list of home inspectors, lawyers and surveyors and made trips to the house on his own when we could not to make sure every inspection got completed on time. Without Alan I do not know how we could have navigated this. Thank you Alan and thank you William Pitt/Julia B. Fee Sotheby's for a great experience!

I don’t know much about William Pitt, but our agent, Alan O’Doherty is the best! He helped us sell our home after we had already moved out of state. I can’t tell you how many days he was at our house checking in on it, and making arrangements to get furniture sold, and the house cleared out prior to closing. We would have been unable to sell this home without him, and likely with any less of an agent. I recommend him with the upmost sincerity, and will always be appreciative for the work he has done on our behalf!
