Following a successful career managing the Private Equity programs for a global market research firm and 14 productive years in marketing and business development, Alexis shifted her professional focus to real estate. Alexis was born and raised in Manhattan and lived in Brooklyn for 9 years prior to moving to Westchester in 2010. Although she has laid down deep roots in Westchester, she is also connected to her city upbringing which makes her perfectly poised to support clients taking the leap from urban to suburban. Alexis loves the challenge of a tough negotiation but also understands that real estate is not only a transaction, but also an extremely personal and impactful business. Her passion and dedication to her clients shines through in everything she does.
Upon moving to Westchester, Alexis immediately focused on raising her 2 children and becoming an involved member of the local community: volunteering for a national nonprofit, sitting on the Board of the PTA and chairing several school events.
Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her kids at their many sporting events, playing tennis, football Sundays, all things Peleton, entertaining friends with lots of wine and food, exploring new restaurants and living life to the very fullest!

She carefully listened to our viewpoints as to what made our home special and relayed those characteristics accurately to the brokers who showed our home to prospective buyers. Plus, she expertly crafted a listing description that reflected all the reasons why we loved our home so much. This was important for us to communicate. Second, she hit the nail on the head when suggesting a listing price. It’s telling that we received four offers the first weekend our home was on the market. Then, she proved to be a compassionate and hard-nosed agent for brokering a deal that met our goals. We couldn’t have had a better realtor on our team. What’s more, there is a finer point to consider: working with Alexis proved to be an absolute pleasure, which is essential when engaged in something as serious as selling your home.
It was so important to us to find a realtor that we could trust, especially moving to Westchester from out of state, we didn’t know the area well and needed to buy a house remotely. We felt we could trust Alexis completely. She always told us the complete story, even if it included things that we didn’t want to hear but would help us. Her honesty and guidance led us to make the best decisions in our house buying process and find the perfect home in an area ideal for our family. When we found the house for us, Alexis was savvy, navigating the offer process and moving quickly and effectively in a very competitive market. We are so grateful to have worked with Alexis and recommend that any family searching for a house that is just right for them!
Alexis was great in helping us find our new home. She was very attentive to our needs and wants without overbearing us with homes she knew weren't what we were looking for. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!
After 35 years in our loved home, we decided to sell and move to a different area. We worked with Alexis from Sotheby’s International Realty. From the moment we met and explained what we were trying to achieve, we connected. She went to city hall the day after our meeting to straighten out an issue on our listing. We were so nervous about going through this process as it was a huge move for us, but she made it completely seamless. Not only professionally taking amazing photos and helping stage our home, but also by giving us much needed reassurance and guidance when we doubted our decision to sell. We never once felt pressured by her. She is a force to reckon with, taking her job very seriously, and someone you would want selling your home as she is always available to help in any way she can "The Tiberi Family"
My husband and I recently downsized. Alexis Lucente was our realtor. Not only was she a joy to work with, but she helped at every stage of selling our house. She went far beyond what she had to do, was always available to answer questions or to give guidance. I am so grateful that we worked with her because this could have been a much more stressful transition. I strongly recommend Alexis Lucente to help you make your move.
We had a wonderful experience working with Alexis Lucente when we made the move from NYC to Westchester. Alexis understood what was important to us in a home and in a town, and really helped us to get to know different towns in Westchester. She showed us lots of different options within our budget, gave us great advice, and made herself super-available. We had a few tricky situations along the way, and Alexis was a pro in working with other agents and attorneys. Ultimately, she helped us find a wonderful home in a town that is perfect for us.
Alexis is an expert in her field. She is professional, knowledgeable, and super personable. She was patient, savvy and efficient through all stages of the home-buying process and always went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. She found our home the day it hit the market and she just knew it was “the one.” Once we submitted an offer, Alexis immediately got the ball rolling on everything that needed to get done to secure our forever home. My wife and I highly recommend Alexis to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. You won’t be disappointed!
From the start of our initial conversation, meeting and working with Alexis has been an absolute pleasure! She has a vast knowledge and understanding of the Westchester real estate market and always took the time to provide us with any extra resources or information needed when considering various properties. Throughout every step of the process Alexis came through with her commitment to excellence, her negotiation skills are top notch (she always made sure we were getting the best deal possible), and she went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of. She was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and always made us feel like we were her number 1 priority. She is definitely the realtor you want in your corner!
Alexis was very helpful in finding us our house. We had very specific parameters and she helped us achieve them while also staying realistic. She was dedicated, always very positive, and a pleasure to work with. She has great communication skills and knows the local market very well. Highly recommended!
Alexis did an excellent job of guiding us through the process, educating us every step of the way. She showed us homes in neighborhoods that were new to us and widened our area of consideration. She learned about what we liked and disliked quickly and sent us listings that were perfect for our consideration. In the end, she found us a listing that fit all of our needs. Alexis had a great recommendation for an attorney and kept us all on top of things as the purchase process moved along. She is tireless and dedicated and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this endeavor.
We had a wonderful experience working with Alexis, who had been recommended by our contractor, to represent us in selling our house in Yonkers. He noted her energy, good judgment and commitment to clients, all of which we found to be true. Though Yonkers was a relatively new area for her, she quickly learned about our neighborhood and the community. When she first visited our house, we felt she appreciated our 1920 treasure for its beauty and character. Throughout the whole process, she gave us good advice about preparing the house for sale and once we (very quickly) had a cash offer, about negotiating final terms. Then we hit a bump in the road- on open 1949 construction permit for our powder room- Alexis worked with the Yonkers building department (also very responsive), our contractor and electricians to clarify what inspections and improvements had to be made to meet code and close out the permit. She was persistent and always available- this was essential for us as we were living 3 hours away. On top of all this, Alexis has a great sense of humor and is great fun. I recommend her to anyone looking for assistance in selling their home.
Our first meeting was great, Alexis prepared viewings of homes that met most of our criteria and were IN OUR PRICE RANGE. After that visit we knew she was a pro, she helped us actually figure out what we wanted and where we wanted to be. We are so thankful for her especially since we just closed on our first home! The best part is it doesn't end there, Alexis recommended our inspector and contractor who are both so professional. We are about to start renovations on our new home and couldn't be happier with EVERYTHING! I'l finish by saying she was always enthusiastic, informative and most importantly HONEST.
I am so glad I found Alexis! She listened to all my wants in a new place, was extremely flexible with her schedule and made the entire process easy and stress free. Together we found the perfect place in Westchester after looking at so many places. Throughout the buying process, she kept me updated and made sure everyone was on the same page. I highly recommend Alexis
Alexis was a dream to work with during our home search. Not only was she thorough and personable, she was always responsive in communications and worked around our schedule. Alexis only brought us to houses that met our criteria and ensured that we set realistic goals for our budget. She is very knowledgeable about Westchester and ensured that we had the best resources during and after the purchase process. We would recommend Alexis to anyone who asked!
