Amanda was great. We had a house with several sale chellanges. She first educated us on the posative and negative which helped our decision for the best sales price(we did come very close and we please with price). She guided us through the negotations and worked hard to get what we needed. You will never be left waiting for a response. If she does not have the answer she will let you know what is going on and stay on top of it. I can tell you after selling 7 homes my experiance with Amanda was the best.

When my wife and I started the process of selling our home we contacted Amanda. And it was the best possible decision we could have made. A consummate professional, she came to our house walked through and thoroughly explained what we needed to do and what to expect throughout the entire process. She explained the updates/upgrades we might want to consider if we wanted to get as close to our asking price as possible and which upgrades/updates would provide the most cost-effective and provide the best returns for our time and money.
