Amy and her husband, Gianni, have been residents of Southport for over 30 years. They raised two children who attended Fairfield Public Schools and spent their summers racing Optis and 420 sailboats out of Pequot Yacht Club across Long Island Sound. They are members of Cedar Point Yacht Club, where Gianni has raced a Lightning for over 40 years. You can often see Amy on a walk through the beautiful streets of Southport with her golden retriever, Cody. Before living in Southport, they lived in Westport, where Gianni grew up and his mother was the owner/broker of Bridge Realty at Bridge Square. Amy’s family operated a real estate business on the island of St. John in the US Virgin Islands for over 35 years — I guess you could say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!
Before finding a passion for real estate, Amy was in the finance industry where she managed the investment operations for a fund of hedge funds for 33 years. She acquired many skills that are transferable to the real estate business including problem resolution, cash management, contract review, adhering to compliance and regulatory matters along with top-notch client service across the globe.
Amy provides thoughtful guidance and local knowledge to her real estate clients. Her calm and level-headed demeanor make the buying/selling process less overwhelming. She inherited her father’s strong work ethic and honest business dealings, a win-win for her clients!

Read LessI can't recommend Amy Cuccio highly enough. From our first conversation to the final closing, she was everything you could want in a realtor—professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Amy was always there when I needed her, which was incredibly reassuring. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her expertise in the local market is invaluable. What stood out was her communication—she kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions, whether big or small. But what made me feel secure was her advocacy for my best interests during negotiations. She helped make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. This is the second time I have had Amy's help during real estate dealings, and I will use her help again when the time comes to buy or sell another property. I honestly cannot say enough about her professionalism; you'll be in excellent hands with Amy.
I was tasked with selling the house in Westport that I had grown up in and had been owned by my parents for 65 years. Amy was understanding, kind, attentive, and patient in helping me make decisions about clearing, what improvements to make (or in most cases not to make) given today’s buyers, and strategies for a house that needed a lot of updating and was a borderline tear down. She is very thoughtful and detail oriented. Excellent at negotiations and conveying my needs. She is also an expert on the process and paperwork needed to market a house. Enjoyed her calm and friendly style and I strongly recommend her!!
Amy was a wonderful real estate agent and super helpful! For my first time as a renter she was patient, kind, and a joy to work with. She took all of my concerns, questions, and my visions as a priority and was able to show me great options and find the perfect place to call home! I would recommend her to anyone in need of an agent because not only was she professional and timely with her work, but she prioritized my wants and needs and was awesome to work with!
Amy Cuccio is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with, buying or selling a home. She's an excellent realtor who pays particular attention to detail, and what you want and have expressed are your specific interests when searching for a property. She takes care of you from start to finish and has remained available to me for advice and recommendations related to the property I bought with her expert help. I will not use any other realtor but Amy when purchasing and selling in southern coastal Connecticut. Thank you, Amy; working with you was such a pleasure.
