With a BS degree in International Finance from American University in Washington, DC, Amy enjoyed a career in fashion for 20 years. As part of the PTA, she helped bring the Outdoor Classroom to Siwanoy Elementary School. Selected by the Superintendent of Curriculum to serve on the committees for Innovative Classrooms and Authentic Learning, Amy is aiding transparency from the schools to the community. A life-long volunteer, Amy continues to give back in Pelham as a board member of the Pelham Education Foundation, Girl Scout Troop co-leader and extra set of hands all around town. Not afraid to get dirty, Amy’s family planted garden beds near the train station for a Pelham Preservation and Garden Society beautification project.
