Angel grew up in Mount Vernon in Westchester County and subsequently moved to Scarsdale with her husband, Art, in 1966. Her two sons, who were born there, attended the Scarsdale School District. With over 28 years as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, Angel is highly regarded as an astute assessor of current property valuations.
