She made herself available to show us properties in a wide area of the state, sometimes with minimal notice; she pointed out both positive and negative aspects of the property; and suggested places that we could place our furniture. Antonella went above and beyond, investigating information about a property that was not disclosed by the seller’s realtor, information that convinced us not to buy that particular property. She brought us to a local beach to show us how close it was to a condo that we were looking at and helped us when we decided to put in an offer. She also is aquainted with numerous contractors if your property needs work.
