Some say that music and real estate are similar genres.  Like music, real estate starts simply, with a deed.  Then a house is added, a driveway, maybe a right of way or an easement for neighbors, a few more houses and the next thing you know you’ve got a group of homeowners living harmoniously in a community jazzing it up with landscaping, perennials and tons of curb appeal.  A real estate deal is also another great analogy with its pieces and parts coming together to create a new life for the people involved.

Music and Real Estate have been a passion of mine for many years. From playing guitar, writing songs and leading a band to assisting closing attorneys as a paralegal, researching real estate records as a title abstractor and marketing homes as a real estate marketing coordinator all while holding a real estate license for the past 20 years.
