Not only does she have a superb understanding of the market, how to best price a home for sale, and whether a listing price is right on the buy-side, but she also has a wealth of information about the various differences between neighborhoods, school districts, and communities throughout Westchester/CT. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable. Our experience with Bonnie was excellent, and this is coming from someone who is not a huge fan of realtors overall. But Bonnie was able to help us prepare our sale and sell our apartment in an incredibly short period of time. I have already recommended her to friends and would do it again. My husband and I wanted to buy a residential property for investment and yet have the option to live in it if we wanted to later. Bonnie is a sincere and extremely hardworking realtor. She understood our needs and worked tirelessly with us for several months till we found the property that we liked and then helped us through the process of buying it.
