Brielle Browne

Brielle has an extensive background in Luxury Real Estate, New Construction, Commercial Transactions and Asset Management.

Brielle is also SFR Certified and is currently working with Investors on both the buy and sell side, as well as gut rehabs of REO (Bank) owned properties in both MA and CT. Her strong background in Real Estate Finance helps the negotiating process with banking institutions to get the deal closed quickly. She is well versed and highly experienced in construction projects, property management and leasing.

Brielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and was Pre-Law at Boston University where she continued on to pursue a professional certificate in Real Estate Finance & Commercial Real Estate Development. In 2018, Brielle completed a Master of Science Degree in Communications and Information Management Systems at Bay Path University. She is also a Certified Wilderness First Responder through NOLS which comes in handy on her Skiing and White Water Rafting trips that she lead for 10 years with Boston Ski and Sports Club.

To go along with her strong work ethic Brielle has an energetic and friendly personality. Brielle served on the Board of Directors as the Vice President for the Suffield Chamber of Commerce for many years, is the previous co-chairperson and 9 year committee member and dedicated advocate for The Annual Purple Event benefiting The Network. She is a particpant of Suffield Women's Golf League and previously ski raced for Suffield's Ski Team at Blandford. During the winter season, Brielle hosts the annual “Winter Gear Drive” to benefit families in need through the local food shelf(s) and warming centers. She is also an outdoor enthusiast, an avid gardener and a humanitarian who truly loves and cares about her community.
