Anyone who has ever sold or bought a home understands that it’s a complex process that requires patience, expertise, and a bit of luck. Add to this process unforeseen circumstances brought about by COVID-19 pandemic, and the true differentiating factor becomes your realtor. We decided to sell our house (after living in it for 20 years), during the peak of the pandemic, being several thousand miles away from home.
