Caren Low has found me a home twice now. She is kind, thorough and smart. She knows how to work with limited inventory and how to negotiate. Caren pays attention to details and is always responsive. I am ever grateful for her effort and effectiveness!
Caren is an excellent agent. She took interest in understanding my needs and provided excellent service. I will be purchasing another house in the near future , and Caren is the agent I will be using .I will be recommending Caren to my friends
"Caren Low is a terrific real estate broker. She expedited an apartment rental for me from first visit to lease signing in a matter of days! Not only that, Caren paid careful attention to lease details, noted the condition of the apartment, made sure I had key copies and followed up on every detail. Caren is thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. I give Caren my highest recommendation!"
Caren is a superb realtor! She was able to find my Dream Home even with stringent parameters. I was moving from out of town. I could not keep coming back and forth, to see new places. So Caren became my eyes and ears. She was able to take time with me, and view each and every property. We were able to navigate to the ultimate home. Caren was always there for me, and I will always be grateful for expertise!
The sale of our home could not have gone any easier. Caren was the consummate professional. She took care of all the details- from preparing the house to be shown, right through closing.
Caren is an excellent realtor who is patient, flexible, friendly and highly knowledgeable about the areas we were exploring in Westchester County. As we were new to the area, she educated us about different towns and gave many references from her own experiences of living here that made the towns more personal to us. She spent hours and hours discussing with us patiently about a potential house and guiding us in our decision-making process. She understood our needs very well and was always prepared for a meeting or a visit which made our time with her very efficient.
Caren was absolutely amazing! As a first time home buyer, I was reluctant to work with just anyone. From the very first day we met I felt comfortable sharing exactly what I was looking for and Caren was extremely responsive to those needs. We only saw homes that fit my criteria and in weeks I had found the perfect place and had an accepted offer. She expertly guided me through the co-op board review process (successfully!) and was there every step of the way. I couldn't have been happier with the experience I had with Caren and always recomend her when people ask who helped me find my place!
