Carola Schonander recently represented us for the sale of our home at 42 Mayhew Avenue, Larchmont. Never in the numerous times that I have bought and sold houses have I ever had a sale or purchase go without a glitch - until now. From start to finish Carola was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Her marketing brought us our buyer within three hours of listing the property and she skillfully navigated some potential impediment s to the sale. Carola was very patient with me and my wife. We're a young couples moving from the city. We didn't know alot about process of purchasing a house. It was so stressful, there were days where we weren't able to sleep. We would call Carola for everything and she always had answers for us. Many things were happening at once and we weren't able to handle them and Carola was there to help us. We viewed 5 houses and she always said " if you don't like this, we'll move to the next." She wasn't presurring us into buying a property we didn't like. She was honest on each house viewed. Carola was supportive of us not only during the purchase process but also helpful in addressing our concerns after purchase regarding items such as painting, touch-ups, and alterations.

Would never use another realtor. Carola not only found us our first rental house, but she introduced us to the area and really helped us get up to speed with advice about schools and doctors etc. A couple of years later when we bought in the area she got us through a very tough sale, sticking with us throughout.

Carola is a pleasure to work with! My girlfriend and I attended an open house hosted by Carola and fell in love with the apartment due to both its charm and location. Carola’s hospitality made making an offer day of an absolute no brainer. We then met with her and our landlord to sign the lease agreement.
