With nearly two decades in the industry, Carolyn began her real estate journey as a sales associate in Litchfield County, Connecticut. She quickly rose to prominence, earning recognition for her talent and leadership, which led to her early promotion into management. Since then, her career has been defined by her strategic mindset, relentless drive, and deep commitment to nurturing talent and elevating performance across the board.
Today, Carolyn leads company-wide sales strategy, growth initiatives, and organizational development across four states.
