As a first-time home buyer, I was a bit nervous and inexperienced. After showing me 2 homes, the third one I made and offer sight unseen just on her description of the property alone. The seller and my mortgage broker were not easy to deal with, but she helped smooth out some of the communication, so things went easier and got done quicker. Her expertise helped me navigate through a stressful time. I highly recommend her to anyone asking for a knowledgeable broker.
