Carrie represented me as a seller's agent as well as a buyer's agent. At times we had no clue if the home would sell as it was a historic property with extensive gardens, renovations and upgrades including a new roof and solar panels. And it was located in Pittsfield where there were no reliable comparable properties. Carrie and WPSIE took care of me and the marketing and made believe the phrase: "Not to worry. We got you!" In less than three months, the right buyer was found and we then could focus on a place for me to call home. I was relocating out of central Berkshires to the south and had to find my perfect home with my list of must haves including Carrie, the WPSIR agency, and our legal team, we did it with about 90% of my goals met. It got pretty scary at times but my team took care of me and Carrie earned her five star rating!

Leonard and I started visiting the Berkshires on a regular basis a few years ago. It didn’t take long for us to realize that this was an area we wanted to be part of on a more permanent basis. I suggested that we enlist the help of a buyer’s agent, but Len did not think we needed help finding a home. In March 2024 we coincidentally met and spoke with Carrie’s husband Bill at The Break Room in Greylock Works. When we mentioned our interest in the area, he told us that his wife is a real estate agent. I took her contact information, and we had a comfortable and informative conversation shortly after. We first met Carrie in June 2024 to look at a listing in North Adams. She was professional, knowledgeable and delightful. Len warmed up to her immediately and now knows we could not have fulfilled our dream without her. Throughout the process, Carrie was always there for us. Many times, I would see a listing in the MLS feed and message her about scheduling a showing in a few days. Somehow, she always made it work. Len and I had different ideas of what we wanted, and Carrie was adept at balancing our wish list. She was honest about properties we saw, but never pushy. The absolute best experience! Due to circumstances beyond both of our control, the closing took four months, at times becoming very stressful.
