Caryn Balamaci

Caryn became a full-time real estate broker after relocating to the Scarsdale-Edgemont community,

Her strengths derive from her life experiences—living and studying abroad, navigating the corridors of power with her husband in Washington DC, putting her community on sound financial footing as president of her homeowners’ association, and working in New York’s fashion industry. 

Caryn’s discerning eye for style and detail has helped her stage homes attractively and find the right fit for countless sellers and buyers.  Likewise, her appreciation of home and community has enabled her to better match buyer with seller and made her a tenacious advocate for clients.

Caryn has served as president of the Edgemont PTA/PTSA, director of the Edgemont Association, and board member of the Edgemont Scholarship Council.  Caryn is also a member of the Scarsdale Women’s Club and spent years as a volunteer at a White Plains soup kitchen.

Above and beyond the awards she has received, Caryn has seen many of her fine homes featured in The New York Times, Westchester Cottages and Gardens, and The Wall Street Journal. Her office is Scarsdale village—a savvy suburb with small-town appeal in the heart of Westchester County.
