Working with Cassandra over the past 6+ months has been a truly wonderful experience. From our very first phone call, we could tell we were in the best of hands. With her genuine love for Larchmont, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and unwaveringly honest approach, we knew we hit the jackpot when we signed on to look for a home with her. Cassandra showed us upwards of 15 houses and helped us bid on 4 of them, including our winning bid on our home. We spent a lot of time together, and most of that time was spent learning about Larchmont (she is an encyclopedia of information about the town) and laughing (she is simply so much fun). When we weren't looking at homes, she made herself available day and night, answering every obscure question we asked as we searched the far corners of Zillow. And importantly, even through the failed bidding wars, Cassandra was steady in her positivity and dedication to finding us the right home for our growing family. Even in a low-inventory environment with home prices soaring, failure wasn't an option. She refused to give up on us, and because of that, we are moving into our dream home. While relentless in her pursuit, Cassandra operated with the utmost integrity. She never showed us a house we couldn't afford and never tried to convince us to like a house that we didn't. Instead, she listened intently to our feedback and used it to tailor a bespoke search. Throughout every moment of the journey, Cassandra made us feel heard, valued, and understood. Cassandra went above and beyond in finding us our home, and has become a dear friend in the process. We are so lucky to have worked with her and look forward to spending time together with our kids in Larchmont!

Cassandra is an excellent agent. We’ve been involved in several real estate deals across a few different states and Cassandra certainly is the smartest and the hardest working agent we’ve partnered with. Even on a tough deal with the first offer falling through, and financing issues for the backup, she calmly and cleanly made sure everything was taken care of so that the deal got done. We ultimately received far above our asking price, largely because Cassandra was meticulous about everything from staging to photos to showing up at the building department and demanding necessary documents. We couldn’t imagine working with anyone else for a real estate transaction in Westchester.
