Christine Gemelli did a great job on my property sale. I had seven showings in three days and 6 offers in 4 days. All the offers were over ask!! The sale transacted smoothly and without issues. I would definitely recommend Christine to other sellers or buyers.
We met Chris in May 2020 when we were looking to buy a home in Litchfield County. It was a fraught moment for the world and for us, but from the start, Chris was attentive and responsive to our requests and needs. She immediately sent us several listings and then set up six viewings. We drove up in the morning from New York to view the listings and found one place that we loved that had just gone into contract that morning. She helped us submit a backup bid for the listing and the when it was accepted three days later, helped us find an inspector, negotiate the contract and work with an attorney. She also recommended a community bank for financing, which was incredibly helpful as the large national bank that we had a relationship with was dragging their feet. We closed on our home 40 days later. She was wonderful! Our kids were able to have a more "normal" summer and run around outside after 100+ days of staying at home in a small city apartment. Chris changed our lives for the better and we are so grateful to her. We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a place in Ct.
The process was well structured and produced a good level of interest in the property. The web exposure was a big improvement over the experience in years past. Chris was good in her communications with us along the way and most helpful in bringing to fruition what turned out to be a complicated process between signed purchase agreement and final close.
