I met Christine during what may be one of the most stressful times of a person's life - looking to sell my elderly parents' home, where they lived for almost 50 years, and relocate my parents closer to me, despite my living 2 states away. From the moment we met, Christine calmed my fears and assured me that she would help me to navigate the extremely emotional experience of packing/selling/donating most of my parent's furniture (helping with movers, donation co's, etc), cleaning out their home, dealing calmly with elderly sellers who were uncertain and tentative about making big decisions, and ultimately getting their house sold. She addressed their questions with clear, thorough details (e.g. comp comparisons) and helped us to navigate the local city ordinances to get the necessary certificates of occupancy (which were not in place when my parents bought their house in 1972). She was attentive, responsive, and felt like an extended family member after only a few meetings. I trusted Christine from the moment I met her, and am very thankful for her expertise and caring demeanor. Highly recommend working with Christine.

We had an absolute amazing experience with Christine! What makes our review a bit unique is that Christine was the seller’s realtor, and my husband and I were the buyers. Christine had intimate knowledge of the area we were looking at and was able to answer all our questions (and continues to do so even months after we purchased the home!). Additionally, Christine was able to provide the names and numbers of vendors the seller previously used in the event we had any issues with the home. She is honest and trustworthy, just a lovely person to work with. We highly recommend Christine for either a buyer or a seller!

Christine is simply the best! This past winter she quickly and efficiently sold our co-op (having previously represented us as the buyers, years earlier). She made recommendations for staging in order to make our apartment the most presentable it could be and we had an offer almost immediately! When my husband and I decided to sell our house of forty plus years, we looked for a realtor who would get our house sold quickly, but who would also give us the emotional support we needed. When we met Christine Judge, we knew she was the perfect person to work with. She was personable, sympathetic, knowledgable, and smart!. What we didn't find out until we actually hired her, was that she was willing to help with any type of recommendation or chore. She took the items I wanted to donate, and distributed them for me. She found a painter/handyman to do odd jobs to improve the house, she went to City Hall to help straighten out some outstanding issues, she helped us pack our belongings. She visited us almost every day to check on how things were going for us. She even brought us cookies when we were feeling sad! In short, she is an amazing person and a great realtor! We highly recommend her! And, oh yes, she sold our house in 3 weeks!
