My wife and I were living accross the country and contacted Cynde about 4-6 months before we were ready to purchase a home. Even though we were so far away (in both time and distance) from our purchase, Cynde immediately started working with us and was in constant contact preparing us for the process, viewings and ultimately the purchase. After months of working together in an *extremely tough* market, one of our offers was accepted and we closed on our first home a week ago. She helped us find and secure our wonderful home in Greenwich and then sell that same home three years later as part of a corporate relocation. Selling during the COVID-19 pandemic was especially challenging, but Cynde provided excellent advice on when to list, personally screened interested parties to limit home visits to serious buyers and insured all health precautions were followed to the letter. We moved from out of state and had no connections or information about the area. Cynde helped us find the best home for our family, and budget. Cynde advocates for you.
