We had a great experience working with Dalia Valdes! I knew she was right for us when she said she would be the only person to show our house and would not use a lock box. Dalia’s respectful communication style suited us because she read our situation well and guided us to what needed to be done to get our house ready to sell without making us feel overwhelmed. I especially liked how Dalia used the term “her wish list” when suggesting the things she felt should be done to show the house in the best light! The professional care and detail Dalia and her team used to help stage and photograph our home was amazing! When the offers came in she guided us through the process so that we ultimately made the right decision when accepting an offer. We unfortunately came across some bumps in the road to our closing because of some construction we had done and Dalia stayed with us helping us get to the finish line.
