As a member of the Orienta Beach Club since 2003, I have been instrumental in shaping its future, serving on the Membership Committee since 2007 and leading it since 2008. My dedication to hockey also led me to become a founding member of the Delaware Hockey Alumni Association in 2015.

Dan was amazing - a true partner in the sale of our home. We were not living in the area, and Dan took on additional tasks and requests completely above and beyond what would be expected. Dan Demasi was our agent when we sold our parent’s home early last year. Our parents had lived in the family home for close to fifty years and there was a lot of work to be done before it could be listed. Dan arranged for the various workers to come out to the house and made sure that the work was properly completed. He also arranged for the house to be staged. This was all such a blessing to our family as we live out of state, our father had just passed away and our mother is in a care facility. We cannot express how much we appreciated all of Dan’s hard work in getting the family home listed and sold. He is a top notch professional and we highly recommend him if you are looking for an agent to list and sell your home.
Dan assisted myself and my family when we were forced to move in a very short time frame because my previous landlord on the house we were renting decided to sell it during the height of the real estate market in the summer of 2021. Given a short time frame and also having two kids, Dan devoted extra time to our search showing myself (and many times my kids) what was available on the market (both rentals and houses for sale). We were able to make the landlord's demands and moved on time in the summer of 2021.
