Danielle Longhitano

Since launching her real estate career in 2015, Danielle Longhitano has become one of the area’s most sought-after real estate professionals. With an impressive sales record surpassing $140 million, Danielle is a 35+ year Larchmont resident who brings an intimate knowledge of the community to her career at Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. One of the most valuable aspects of her role is the ability to welcome clients to the neighborhoods she knows so well, both in Larchmont and the surrounding towns. A graduate of Hofstra University and member of the university’s Division I Lacrosse team, Danielle went on to earn her Professional Diploma in School Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Therapeutic Interventions from Fordham University. Upon graduating, she accepted a position with Mamaroneck school district as a private evaluator. While pursuing her Master’s Degree, Danielle worked with her family’s business, LDG Properties, a commercial and residential real estate firm located in White Plains. There she realized her passion for real estate and began developing the foundation for her career.

Combining her keen intuition, empathy, and strong listening skills, Danielle’s years of experience in psychology blend seamlessly with her emphasis on personal client service. Having built a roster of trustworthy references, from general contractors to architects, Danielle has become a one-stop resource for clients, family, and friends. Danielle received her real estate salespersons license from Pace University and joined Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015. Since starting her real estate career, Danielle’s tenacity and dedication have resulted in dozens of satisfied clients throughout Larchmont and the surrounding towns. In 2017, she was invited to join the Sotheby's International Realty Producers Club, representing the top 5% of all producers industrywide in Westchester. 

Danielle was also recently selected to represent Westchester, NY as the exclusive real estate advisor for Elite Sport Network. In this role, Danielle provides first-class, confidential service to professional athletes to support them throughout their home buying and selling process.

She currently resides in Larchmont with her husband, Niall, and children: Jack, Emma, Chloe & Ryan, as well as their Goldendoodle, Rosie. When she isn’t helping someone find the home of their dreams, Danielle loves traveling, playing ice hockey, running marathons, fundraising, horseback riding, and spending time with her friends and family.
