As a lifelong resident of the Rye-Harrison area, Debbie has exceptional insight into both communities as well as the surrounding villages of Port Chester, Rye Brook, and Mamaroneck.

Prior to entering the real estate industry in 2008, Debbie spent over 15 years teaching in the Harrison Central School District and neighboring parochial schools. These experiences served as a foundation for building a wealth of knowledge about local schools, neighborhoods, and housing options. She continues to assist our youngest residents in the Rye City School District.

Debbie continually builds knowledge of the Sound Shore communities by serving a myriad of clients especially first time home buyers who can appreciate the individual attention and care that Debbie provides her clients. You can count on her to give you the attention and direction needed whether you are renting an apartment, selling a condo, or purchasing a grand home.

Additionally, she has recent involvement in the building and management aspects of the industry having assisted in the construction and management of multiple rental properties. Debbie currently helps manage and maintain  50Six Calvert and The Townhouse on Purdy, two rental properties both located in Harrison, New York.

Debbie is an Alumni of Harrison High School, St. Bonaventure University, and Manhattanville College. Her three daughters graduated from the Rye City School District. She has multiple connections to Denison University as her husand and two daughters are alumni and her youngest daughter is currently a student at Washington and Lee.

Community involvement is a huge priority in Debbie's life and she is engaged in many aspects. Debbie serves as a client coordinator and volunteer for The Wig Exchange-a service organization for cancer patients going through chemotherapy as well as a general volunteer member of the Soul Ryeders and Friends Organization.

For many years, Debbie was a Catechist for Resurrection Parish and continues to actively volunteer when needed. She also served as a board member of the Rye Girls Softball League and a Scout Leader. She is a former member of the Denison University Parents Club and has assisted with recruiting for the college in our area. Debbie has a vast history of volunteerism for many PTO related and community committees throughout her family's many years in Rye.
