I have a strong academic foundation in math and science. I graduated from the prestigious Bronx High School of Science, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University, and completed a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Science. I am state-certified to teach general science, biology, chemistry, and math for grades 7-12. My teaching career included positions at private schools in Manhattan, such as the Convent of the Sacred Heart and York Preparatory School. Beyond classroom teaching, I held roles such as Chairperson of the Lower School Science Department, club moderator, and science fair coordinator. Additionally, I volunteered extensively in the Scarsdale school system, leading initiatives such as the Publishing Center and the Youth Employment Services office. These experiences honed my ability to educate, organize, and guide—skills I bring to my real estate practice.

To keep my clients informed and empowered, I leverage technology and strategic marketing tools. I send out monthly newsletters via ActivePipe, provide market watch updates, and conduct comparative market analyses. I also utilize tools like DocuSign for seamless digital transactions and create virtual tours with audio and video to showcase properties. My open house promotions often feature engaging visuals and music to attract prospective buyers. My past clients describe me as knowledgeable, instructional, and approachable. They value my ability to teach rather than talk at them, my sense of humor, and my unwavering availability.
