Born in Manhattan and raised by two Brooklynites in Northern New Jersey, Eddie grew up in a family mix of chronic DIYers and professional contractors. He developed an appreciation for architectural design and styling at an early age, leading to his own tendency now to quickly identify the potential of any room he sees.

Eddie completed his high school years at Regis High School in Manhattan, and graduated from Colgate University in 2013. He met his wife Molly, a Litchfield native, and immediately fell in love with the area on his first visit. He eagerly looked forward to each return trip to the Litchfield Hills over the years.

While in New York, Eddie worked over a decade in the language service industry primarily as the Director of Production for a legal translation provider with offices in New York, San Francisco, Hawaii, and London. Eddie oversaw all offices' project managers responsible for handling urgent, highly sensitive requests for clients including US and foreign state agencies, Am Law 100 Firms, and some of the largest global retailers. On off-nights and weekends in the mid-2010s, he was a freelance concert photographer and artist interviewer for online music publications.

In 2020, after renting an apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for seven years, Eddie and Molly purchased their dream home in Morris, CT. They promptly adopted a rescue puppy named Duncan, and hosted their wedding reception in their backyard. Eddie is now a member of the Morris Ordinance Committee and also plays on the Litchfield County Blues Over-30 Men’s Soccer team.

After transitioning to full-time residency in Morris, Eddie joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty to lead a career directly connected to the area he is privileged to call his home. He is determined to help his clients, whether local to the region or growing from weekend visitors to homeowners themselves, find their own dream homes. He draws from his extensive experience with high-level account services and project execution to ensure clients are carefully and transparently guided throughout the entire real estate process.

Testimonials

Eddie was great! We are very experienced home buyers (over a dozen homes over the years) and would rate Eddie at the top of all the real estate professionals we have dealt with. He was thorough and always prepared. He always had a folder prepared for each property we visited. He was cheerful and positive throughout our purchase. He followed up on questions and offered suggestions when appropriate. We will definitely use Eddie in the future.
