Eileen understood what we were looking for and several months later found us the perfect location. She does a great job of listening to her clients needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the clients objectives. Having a good understanding of her industry she is able to determine a fair market value of the property and then negotiates effectively with the seller’s agent. All our questions were immediately answered and now even after our closing has taken place Eileen is available to help with resources in the area or any other information we need. I would not hesitate to use Eileen as my listing agent in the future if I were selling a property.
