Eileen Boulay signed on with us in late November and sold it for the asking price within 3 months. She held as many open houses as needed to get the added exposure. When Eileen held an open house SHE was the agent onsite. She did not send a different agent or a junior colleague to "man" the open house for her. She went above and beyond and made it her business to familiarize herself with the house and property and when prospective buyers had a question, she readily had the answer. She was very communicative and stayed in touch with us regularly. She is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I have recommended her to all of my clients and friends.
