BEST REAL ESTATE BROKER EVER!! I have known Farrah for the past few years. She had always kept me informed on the status of the market in my building. I was not ready to sell at the time and she was never pushy. One day Farrah called me and told me about a sale in my building and that “ the time was now” I listed my apartment with Farrah. She got it ready to be viewed did all the arrangements of the open house staged it, and within 24 hours of the first open house the apartment was sold.
