Recently as I prepared my documentation for tax season, I realized that I never contacted you regarding my experiences with one of your realtors, Fatin Beiner. I was involved with your organization in both the sale and purchase. We decided to sell our property. My ex-wife engaged another organization Coldwell Banker to sell our property. To make a long story short, the service that we received was not to our expectation and when the contract expired and the house was not sold , we chose not to renew. We were disheartened to say the least. We were recommended to Fatin and even though it was not prime time sell season, we were impressed with her attitude and gave it a shot. To make a long story short, she was there every step of the way. Whether it was the open house, or the multiple visits by the buyer, she was there. Yes Fatin got our home sold. She also was involved with the purchase of a condo for my ex. Based on what I heard from my ex, and experienced with the sale of my home I decided to explore my own options. Initially, I wanted a co-op but with her guidance, I was able to determine what I had the potential to purchase a condo. She found an amazing development, got us an amazing deal, and showed amazing patience with the sellers from hell. Additionally after the sale had been completed, she still kept in touch to make sure we were happy and satisfied. You have an amazing employee and we were all fortunate to work with her. A few months ago my husband and I contacted Fatin Beiner to help us in our search of a home in Ardsley. We were first time home buyers and had no clue where to start. Fatin went above and beyond to make sure that we understood to process and were comfortable with the decisions we were making along the way. She was available and willing to take our calls to answer questions any time of the day and even late into the evening. She was always very responsive and easy to reach. She helped us and guided us to ask the right questions about the house to make sure we had all the available information we needed. It was clear to us that she was looking after our best interests and we appreciated her pointing things out to us that we as first time home buyers wouldn't have known to ask. She also gave us great contacts. We chose our own inspector but we used her suggested loan agent and lawyer. We had an excellent experience with both. Fatin Beiner is an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent. I had the opportunity to work with her recently when my family was moving to Westchester County in 2011.
