My wife and I worked with Fatou for several years as we looked for our perfect home in New Canaan. We had a great experience working with Fatou. We started our search not really knowing what we wanted. We had a vague idea about an area we thought we wanted to explore and that was it. We went into the search very open minded and very confused ( or as some would say, with very broad requirements). Fatou was beyond patient with us, never said no to any requests we had, always answered all of our questions and stayed tightly connected with us at all times during our search. Fatou is professional to the core, knows how to handle difficult situations, extremely diligent, possesses strong ethical values and simply a pleasure to deal with. If it wasn’t for Fatou, we would have given up on the search of our next home, as it was probably the most difficult circumstances trying to buy a perfect home during pandemic, but she guided us though it. It meant we had to start from the beginning , but she didn’t mind and was ready to continue the search with us for as long as it was required. The process of purchasing a home during The pandemic has been trying with bank arrangements taking twice as long. Fatou singlehandedly made our journey bearable, if not enjoyable most times. Her response time is top notch. I could not ask for anything more from a realtor.
