Felicia was excellent. I know lots of people select 5 starts because it's easy, but I would give Felicia 6 if I could. She helped us purchase our first home during the first half of 2022, in a period which could charitably be described as a nightmare for a first-time homebuyer. She invested an enormous amount of time understanding our wants, our needs, and, arguably most importantly, our financial comfort zone. Felicia was beyond patient with us as we "discovered" our tastes through the process of seeing homes. We must have seen 50+ houses in person with her. I also felt like her recommendations and advice always came from the heart and were deeply sincere. Let me put it this way: when we need to sell our house, Felicia's already got the deal.

Felicia brokered the purchase of our new home and sale of the existing home during the height of the Covid pandemic. She was a stable and uplifting presence in what was otherwise a stressful and uncertain time in our family’s lives.
