It was a great pleasure and privilege to work with Fred Bond on finding our home in CT. We started to look for a house in mid-February, signed the contract in April and closed in July. As part of our search, we looked at more than two dozens of houses in different towns of CT. Fred found the right price point -- we never had to reduce the listing price -- and had the property under contract and sold in less than nine months. This was despite numerous challenges, in a market where sales often take years and multiple price reductions, and with a difficult buyer. He's a clear communicator, a hard worker, and is extremely responsive -- I was able to reach him at all times, even when he was on a long-scheduled vacation.
