Greg is a great realtor, very knowledgeable but calm, good sense of humor and not at all pushy. He was the perfect person for my husband and myself as my husband hates a "hard sell" .He guided us through a very turbulent market. Our first three offers were rejected but we all stayed the course and we finally closed on a house in our target area in February. We had many challenges with the lending company but he was always available to talk, and negotiated fairly when the inspection came in with some surprises. In the end I know we were happy and I hope the seller was too! I have already referred him to a friend and would happily do so again and again!
