With all that was going on the morning of the closing, I neglected to truly thank you for everything you did regarding the buying/selling of the Cozier Hill Road property. At first I was hesitant about using a dual agent. However, my initial concerns were immediately put to rest. You were fair, honest and totally above board with regard to the entire process. Obviously a real estate agent has to know about real estate values in the applicable market, and the positives and negatives of the property up for sale. But like most other professions, having a thorough knowledge of whatever field one is in is something all professionals, including real estate agents, should have (though I realize many don't). But in my opinion, just as important as having a real estate agent completely knowledgeable in real estate is having an agent that is totally honest and trustworthy who you can believe in. Throughout the process you were that person, and I'm sure John and Chris would totally agree. So thank you for dealing with me and all of my questions, since I only buy a new house once every 20+ years. And as I think you know, this property was the only house I looked after deciding that building in Kent was not for me, so you received the brunt of my question and concerns. The realtor who I chose to help sell my property was Ms. Irit Granger. Through our times together in preparing and going through the large steps of the sale, I can only say Ms Granger has been totally exemplary in her work. There were certain times when I was tested by the riggers of many people/buyers and their own situations - the ups and downs. Ms. Granger not once, had lessened her will to "keep on, keeping on". She was always so uplifting and supportive - being there for me at any time of day, keeping me totally informed and advised. The building I had for sale was a very different, therefore a somewhat difficult challenge. She took it on without any hesitation and didn't give up on the building until it sold. It was not easy.
