We worked with James Endress from William Pitt/Julia B. Fee Sotheby's for the purchase of our coop at 5800 Arlington Avenue in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. It was a great experience from the start. He contacted us almost immediately once we showed interest in the unit, suggested and helped us to negotiate a reduced offering price, and in general guided us through the long process of submitting the application with the coop board, and helped with all sorts of questions we had along the way. Due to the seller's schedule this was a long process, and James' attention to us never wavered. I would highly recommend James as a broker and thank you!
