When I was looking for a piece of land to build my dream home, I had such a large list of requirements I did not think any realtor would want to willingly work with me. Jane took on the challenge with such alacrity and enthusiasm it was impressive. I had to come out from western Canada each time I looked but she had 10-15 listings reading to show me. Time after time something was wrong with each in my mind, but she did her homework and finally figured out exactly what my needs were. She not only helped me find the perfect place but assisted in the bargaining, (seller would not budge on price), and Jane helped me see the clarity I could not find. When the seller was non responsive, Jane's patient demeanour helped me along to find an equalibrium. She is beyond a doubt, a diligent, attentive, hard worker and someone who listens to her buyer's (or seller's) needs. I highly recommend her in every capacity!
