I feel very lucky to have had Jane as our realtor. We transferred with work for a position in Midtown. We put our house on the market in New England and started looking for the best spot in Westchester and decided on Larchmont. (Of course! Along with everyone else.) The fact that you could go to an open house and have the listing agent tell you there are already 5 offers, but you still have time was something I'd never heard of. Jane was completely calm and thoughtful and most of all honest. At the time, I didn't realize just how honest she was. There wasn't a lot of inventory and we were more than ready to buy. She steered us clear of more than one bad decision. In-depth knowledge of the market, detailed and professional, along with being just plain good makes Jane a wonderful choice.
