I feel very lucky to have had Jane as our realtor. We transferred with work for a position in Midtown. We put our house on the market in New England and started looking for the best spot in Westchester and decided on Larchmont. (Of course! Along with everyone else.) The fact that you could go to an open house and have the listing agent tell you "there are already 5 offers, but you still have time" was something I'd never heard of.
