Jared was the epitome of professionalism when it came time for me to sell my home. He worked with me to ensure my home was in the best condition possible for pictures and 3D tour while also presenting at open houses. He was polite and negotiated parking from senty dollars to thirty five dollars. He also got us go have three dogs to stay while two of us did not have credit no credit.

We could not have been happier with a real estate agent as first-time homebuyers as we were with Jared. Professional, accessible, friendly and attentive. After apartment searching for almost 3 months and not liking anything, I came across this apartment. He got in the apartment viewing just before NYS basically shut down. I fell in love with the apartment. He pushed the process forward as quickly as he could, getting documents so my application could get in before someone else took it. It was approved the next day, and he made sure all of the necessary checks and paperwork got sent in as quickly as possible. As someone who tends to procrastinate, I would probably would still be apartmentless if he didn't move the process along like he did. Would highly recommend.
