Being a life-long resident of Mamaroneck has its advantages! Growing up and now raising her own family in the Sound Shore area, Jennifer has an intimate knowledge, and Involvement within these communities, their school systems and what makes them such a desirable place to live.
Prior to entering real estate, Jennifer has worked as a Speech Language Pathologist for the past 20 years. Jennifer has had the opportunity to work with many young children in the community and within local school districts. Being a Speech Language Pathologist has prepared her to be patient, empathetic and detail-oriented; which positions Jennifer to confidently understand her client’s wants and needs.
Having purchased her own ‘fixer upper’ nine years ago in Rye Neck and has slowly restored her 100-year old home over this period of time. It was through this experience that sparked an interest in real estate along with watching her husband, Silvio Cangianni, who entered into the commercial side of the business and currently works in the community facilitating commercial rentals and sales.
She has a keen eye for potential and when she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her family. Jennifer is active in the community where she is a Girl Scout troop leader and a class mom for her children who attend F. E. Bellows elementary school.
Jennifer knows how important it is to find the right home and looks forward working with you on your real estate needs.
