I had my house on the market with a different realtor in 2022 with no activity. I waited a year and was given Jessica's contact information from a friend who listed her mom's house with Jessica and it sold quickly. I was very inexperienced with selling a home because I only ever owned one home. Jessica was wonderful! She sat with me with much patience and went over the paperwork so that I understood. She answered my questions and put up with my eagerness to sell. I was ready to sell to the first person who made an offer. I was so excited to get an offer ON THE FIRST DAY that the house was listed. Jessica and my partner both said "hold out", which I did ( it almost killed me 😁) and ended up having the house under contract on the 4th day for higher than asking price. Incredible, right? Jessica was very helpful and friendly in finding a buyer for my property, including getting information that helped in deciding how much to ask for the property, and also sending alerts regarding interest shown by other potential buyers. Unfortunately my property wasn't as appealing to many buyers, so it was more challenging to find a buyer. If there was more interest shown, I might have tried to get a higher offer. But with Jessica's help I could see that my options were limited. But I'm delighted to now be free of the property. And to have the cash from the sale. 🙂
