Jody was a gift from the moment we met her. We've worked with other brokers before, but no one as understanding of our circumstances, deeply knowledgeable of the market, and an overall asset and resource in our search for a home in Northern Westchester. She's very sought after, and especially more so during the pandemic buying frenzy, but she was always patient, responsive, and generous with her time. We truly felt that Jody had our best interests in mind and despite the usual ups and downs as you get ready to go on the market, Jody was truly our agent and ready to advise and help us put our best foot forward. Throughout the process, we just knew that she knew what she was talking about and would get the best deal for us. Some suggestions we were skeptical about but every time they came good. We sold very quickly and above asking, even though the market turned as we went to market. We spoke to a few other agents before selecting Jody and they came up with long lists of expensive "must do" items that did not make sense. Jody had a short list of very practical and useful suggestions, so while we had to spend to sell we felt the expenses were all sensible and necessary. Throughout the sales process, Jody was always around and offered to help if we couldn't be at the house to meet a contractor or another issue. She also liaised with our lawyer and the town excellently Jody was wonderful and we would strongly recommend her. Frankly, you would be crazy to go with anyone else in the Northern Westchester area.
