Real estate is at the center of what I do. I help clients make smarter, more strategic decisions — grounded in a clear understanding of each property’s value, potential, and risk. What sets me apart is not just market knowledge, but deep expertise in construction, renovation, and design. Whether preparing a home for sale, planning a renovation, or building from the ground up, I help clients understand what’s possible and move forward with confidence.

My Background

With a background in marketing, product development, and operations — leading growth at global firms and technology startups — I bring a strategic, analytical mindset to real estate that combines business insight with practical execution.

In addition to my real estate practice, I lead marketing and operations for three affiliated companies that support our clients across the full homeownership journey:

• Kathleen Goodwin Interiors – Our architectural interior design firm, including space planning, layout, detailing, and finishes — creating homes that are both functional and beautiful.

• Viridian Custom Homes – As a representative of Lindal Homes, we offer distinctive post-and-beam homes, many of which are designed in-house. Our portfolio includes Frank Lloyd Wright–inspired homes developed in partnership with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.

• Viridian Modular – A design–build firm specializing in custom modular homes. We manage all design in-house and serve as the general contractor, ensuring design quality, cost control, and efficient delivery — built in partnership with New England Homes.

This integrated business model allows me to bring both design and builder insight to evaluating land and existing homes, helping clients understand what can be done, what it will cost, and whether it’s worth doing.

How Design Elevates Our Work

My partner, Kathleen Goodwin, is a seasoned architectural interior designer who leads the design side of our Lindal and modular businesses. Fluent in AutoCAD, she designs homes from the inside out — integrating layout, structure, and spatial flow to create distinctive spaces that stand out, attract stronger offers, and sell faster. Her work also gives buyers the confidence to pursue a renovation with clarity and support.

Education

I hold an MBA from Temple University - John Boyer and Temple Scholar. Prior to Temple, I graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, in the UK, and spent eight years as an officer in the Household Cavalry, Queens Horse Guards, Ceremonial Mounted Duties and equitation, competing for the British Army. Promoted to Captain at the age of 23, then one of the youngest in the British Army.
