We have known Jonathan for close to 10 years. Durning that time, he has helped us with get two homes to rent. Both times, the process went smoothly and found us great properties quickly that fit our needs. We also looked at several different properties to buy at that time as well. Jonathan Hall is the best realtor in Danbury, CT. He has been simply outstanding in helping my townhome at a very competitive price and we closed only within 41 days from the day of listing. His strategic marketing techniques, knowledge of the price in the neighborhood and strong network produced this incredible result. He provided me with a detailed market report along with the list of all buyers who visited my property on a weekly basis. Even during the hurricane he went to the unit to ensure all the entrances and windows were secured. That put my mind to rest as being remote and trying to sell a property 360 miles away otherwise would have been very challenging for me. He also facilitated a letter from a general contractor certifying the structure of the property basement is sound as that was required by the lender prior to closing within a day.
