My husband and I were looking for something very specific, and Julie took the extra steps to find just what we were looking for. She spent several days with us over a two-month period and we must have seen dozens of homes all over Connecticut. Julie had insight into each of the locations - travel distance, type of community, shopping, etc. that she happily shared with us. Because we were looking for something very specific that was difficult to find - a 3-car garage that we could put lifts in, we knew that we might have to add a garage - which brings so many zoning, etc, issues along with it. Julie took the time to go to the "powers to be" to figure out if we could build what we wanted.....on another property, she called in a builder to see if we could take out a circular stairway and put in a regular staircase.... I guess what I'm trying to say that if you are looking for someone to show you homes in the state of Connecticut, you'll never find someone better than Julie......thanks again for all your help....

Julie truly does enjoy help connecting the right individual with the correct property and does an excellent job as well. She even previewed several properties for us as we lived over 70 miles away from the area we were looking to purchase in. Top Notch doesn't even begin to describe Julie King's skill & talent when it comes to being a realtor. Her knowledge and expertise made our real estate purchase a pleasant experience. We were living out of state so Julie took videos of the interior and exterior of potential properties along with photos with descriptions. She also visited the town halls to acquire survey maps and plot plans as needed. She is extremely organized and very computer oriented. She carried a mobile scanner and fax machine which was extremely helpful to us during the purchasing process. She attended the closing with my elderly Dad and guided him thru the process as he was Power of Attorney for us. Her friendly personality puts everyone at ease. I already recommended her to a friend.
