Karen Curtis was phenomenal, she helped us every step of the way. She advised on how to best stage the house, what to include and what to exclude for the first showing. She also was very helpful on what needed to be repaired and paint colors to show the house in the best possible light. Karen visited with us often to check progress on preparing the house for the Broker open house and we were able to receive an over-asking price offer on the first day.
