Karyn Collins is incredible. She worked hard for us from Day 1. When my husband and I were looking for houses, she drove all over the state to make sure we found the special one and we found one on the last planned day of our house hunting visit. Once our offer was accepted, she worked tirelessly to make sure the buying process moved as smoothly and as succinctly as possible. She kept promptly kept us informed when updates came. On the morning of our closing, when the walk through revealed that the house was not left empty and broom swept as the contract specified, she worked with the seller's agents, the seller's attorney, and our attorney to find an acceptable solution that would still allow us to close on time. And, after closing, she continued to work with us and gave us tips on how to sell our house by giving us and our listing agent great advice. I would recommend her for buying/selling any day.

I used Karyn Collins to sell my home in Ledyard Connecticut and she was great. You would think selling your home in the middle of the pandemic would be diffiucult, but Karyn made it all look easy. Her listing of my home blew me away, and my house was under contract almost immediately. She was super knowledgable about the area, and knew all the "comps" and got top dollar for my home. She is super reliable and responded to all 1000 of my questions very promtply. I'd give her 11 out of 10 stars.
