Katie was born in Sharon, CT and has recently returned to her roots here. While she grew up in Larchmont, NY, her family spent summers and holidays in Litchfield County - Sharon, Cornwall, Kent, and Lakeville. She raised her own family in New Canaan, CT, and lived and worked in NYC before settling here, first as a weekender, and then, completely taken with the beauty and lifestyle of the Litchfield Hills, as a permanent resident.
Katie’s background and career positioned her well for a career in real estate. She earned a marketing degree from the Charles F. Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University, and a law degree from Fordham University. She also enjoyed a successful legal career, mainly focused on structured finance and securitization. Marketing, negotiating, attention to detail and tenacity in carrying deals across the finish line are skills that Katie brings to the table.
Having gone through several purchases and sales of homes herself, Katie has an eye for interior space planning, design, and renovation possibilities, having redecorated and/or renovated homes for herself and her family.
